No fancy forms, just straight-forward instructions.

Costume jewelry was made to be worn and loved and many pieces will show natural wear because of this. I try to describe any and all flaws in the description of each piece. Please feel free to contact me with questions, better before than after a piece makes a trip!! Also many pieces are one of a kind items, therefore cannot be replaced if damaged in shipping.


When placing your order-e-mail us with the item # and description ; your name, address and e-mail address. I will check the availability of an item (all items are subject to prior sale) and get back to you with the final total including shipping costs. You may mail a check or money order in U.S. funds to the address provided. We reserve the right to wait for a check to clear unless a working relationship has been established whereas money order purchases will be shipped immediately. Credit Card payments may be made through Paypal using this email address: info@whiskey-creek.net Or I can take creidt cards through our physical shop (open on week-ends only)- just let me know if this is preferred!

Payment is expected within 7 business days of order- If there is to be a delay , please let us know!

Shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer (like gas to go to the mall!). All U.S. items will be shipped well wrapped by priority mail for faster service and safer transport(Single items may be shipped via first class at the request of the buyer). Items shipped outside of the U.S. will be sent the most economical way.

Shipping costs are usually in the $3-$5 range and priority mail generally takes @ 3 days for delivery. I will try to let you know when your package has been shipped.


We will accept returns with prior approval and within a reasonable amount of time(contact should be made within 2 days of receipt of item). Item must be returned immediately and in the same condition it was sent to receive a refund. Refund will be made in the form of a check minus shipping costs and return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

We want our clients to be happy with their purchases and will be open to reasons for return. However, we do take care in our descriptions and buyer remorse will not be an acceptable reason for a return! Also, as hard as we try to be accurate with our pages,mistakes can happen, and we reserve the right to correct mistakes of any sort.
